Our computerized office helps you submit your insurance forms and receive status reports electronically or on paper (No-Fault and Workman's Compensation). We utilize the current ICD-9, CPT-4, and HCPCS codes.        EZ Processing, LLC can provide a complete evaluation of your current superbill or help you design one to fit your office's needs. Master charge list reviews and revisions are conducted annually to ensue that all codes are current and accurate.

Quick claim turnaround depends on accuracy of insurance information. If you are not gathering accurate information at registration, changing billing operation won’t solve your problems. However, EZ Processing, LLC will work with your staff on this issue. We will train your staff to gather complete information from patients. If it is necessary (in case of dealing with No-Fault and Workman's Compensation) we will research for or verify insurance information. We have direct access to NYS Department of Motor Vehicle Insurance Information and Enforcement System (IIES) which allows us to have most current and complete insurance information that DMV has on the vehicle.
